I am a first year CG Arts and Animation student and this is where my work lives. I hope you enjoy what you see, feel free to comment on anything.
Hey Simon,Very encouraging to see you keeping on top of your reviews. That said, they're a little 'content-lite' and instead of marooning your three quotes at the end of your reviews like islands, you need to integrate quotes into your argument - use them proactively to enhance and scaffold the points you're trying to make. Your reviews give the impression of being written without much wider reading or preparation. I want you to take a look at Chrissie or Emma or Meg's film reviews, because they're very satisfying in terms of content, academic 'voice' and structure.http://meg-leslie.blogspot.com/2011/10/fritz-langs-metropolis-1927.htmlhttp://small-brown-dog.blogspot.com/2011/10/film-review-cabinet-of-dr-caligari.htmlhttp://emma-foster.blogspot.com/2011/10/film-review-cabinet-of-dr-caligari-1920.html
